Alex and Tristen answered all of our questions (and continue to do so), helped us figure out the window switches and more. Being that this is my FIRST NEW CAR.. WE NEED TO BE IN that VIP line up, We do medical specimen transports and we cannot have a vehicle in for repairs or regular maintenance ALL DAY..... We are 1571 miles into the new Volkswagen Jetta S, in 8 days, so far things are going smoothly. Great gas mileage, which I post on facebook.... KNR Medical Courier Services .............. Even some glamor shots of great sunsets !!.... I hope that this "relationship" of US >> KNR Medical Courier Services and Strong Volkswagen doesn't leave me hanging without a vehicle for Organ Donor specimens and or organ donor transports AT ANY GIVEN MINUTE - WITHOUT MUCH NOTICE.... to be able to "get in the car and GO... without worry" - THIS IS WHY WE BOUGHT A NEW CAR and not someone else's car they traded in.. that they "GOT THE GOOD OUT OF IT" before we bought it I STILL NEED my 3rd backup key, I REALLY NEED A SPARE TIRE, even though it doesn't mean a full size one... I take my work VERY SERIOUSLY.. and My NEW CAR warranty or warranties HAD BETTER live up to my expectations....whether your ads are "IMPLIED Warranties" or ACTUALLY TRUE WARRANTIES" ..... I BELIEVE IN NO EXCUSES for my work, and especially the organ donor stuff we do THIS IS PEOPLE ON A list of being up NEXT for surgeries.. THEIR LIFE SAVED surgeries, or getting back on their feet surgeries like mine was when I had received ligaments and tendons for knee surgeries WE HAVE TO BE there when we are scheduled to be there or EARLIER... WE CANNOT let these people down.. THIS .. is where STRONG Volkswagen STEPS UP and GETS US BACK TO WORK and no excuses..... Alex and Tristen listened to us and the BS crap from South Towne auto mall and their stories on why Strong VW was "taking peoples money and not giving them what they believed they were getting".....
