When I arrived, the truck was cleaned, washed, and ready to go. The sales professional, Alex Lopez, was superb. I had specific questions, and he knew the answers immediately. We went for a test drive, returned, and quickly reviewed the available options, extended warranties, ceramic coatings, and more. There was no pushy upselling—just clear, helpful information to guide my decisions. I also had a trade-in and had entered my vehicle’s information on the Kelley Blue Book website before arriving. The team already had that information and was knowledgeable right away, without making me repeat the process. We agreed on a fair price for both the trade-in and the new truck. After factoring in some significant discounts, we completed the paperwork, and I was on my way in just over an hour—including the test drive. I couldn’t be more pleased with how down-to-earth Alex was—he’s truly a pleasure to work with. He even gave me a quick tour of the service area. Alex repeatedly emphasized that he didn’t want us to end up with a car we didn’t truly like or might regret later, which we really appreciated. Fast forward two months, and we were still in the market. Wickstrom had a few options available, so my wife and I went back, took our time reviewing them, and test drove several vehicles. In the end, we found the perfect fit—an Explorer with towing capacity that will suit our needs for years to come. Alex and Rob really came through. They were knowledgeable, patient, customer-focused, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We’ll definitely be returning to Wickstrom for future vehicle needs.
