My partner Alexandra and I bought a certified pre-owned Porsche 2022 911 Carrera. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. Alex was our sales rep and he was incredibly unprofessional. The first issue Porsche 2022 911 Carrera. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. Alex was our sales rep and he was incredibly unprofessional. The first issue happened when we realized the back seat was missing a seat strap. Alex said the seat strap "came apart in our hands" to the service manager...not true, it was never there nor did we ever say that. He also refused to help with getting the car picked up at that time to have it fixed (we live 30+ mins away) despite the fact that it should have never been an issue we should have had to deal with in the first place. During the third or so week, our Porsche battery died and we had to get it jumped in 92 degrees full sun weather (we only drove it 5 minutes from our home). It was like pulling teeth with people there, to get a new battery put in. Everyone along the way was very fake, saying they'd call back but never would, and just over and over again very unapologetic. Because of this we will never purchase here again, given they obviously foster a very toxic environment at their workplace and thought it was okay to sell a certified pre-owned car that was 100k+ in this condition. It was very obvious they did not do a thorough check that a certified pre-owned is supposed to have. iThey wasted my partners time and energy time and time again. I will say that Joshua in the service dept was helpful and finally believed my partner after multiple people tried to say the battery was fine despite it dying on us.. it was finally fixed after speaking with him (and after being there for over a week). More
