50/50 I have been a direct customer of Ramsey BMW for over ten years, buying cars for both my company and my personal use. Maybe 12 cars in total. I have always done so because of my relationship with Alex Marsiglio and Tim Gallagher. The last three times I have attempted to get service from Ramsey BMW have bee disastrous. Yesterday, I made an appointment 2 weeks out to ensure the availability of a loaner car. I live 40 miles away. I arrive, no loaner car. For the third consecutive time, I now have to scramble to find Alex and Tim in order to fix the chaos service created for me. I am now at the point that I will be shopping around for my next car when my lease expires in December. Having said that, my service specialist Anna was great. Your infrastructure and organization needs significant improvement such that Anna has the tools to do her job. More

Worst customer service. My tire light went on so drive over to BMW to get it checked. Instead of checking it they filled it with air. The person helping me left me sitting in My tire light went on so drive over to BMW to get it checked. Instead of checking it they filled it with air. The person helping me left me sitting in the waiting area and when I asked where my car was he said that I had disappeared. I told him that I was in the waiting area and he replied that he was really busy. Left BMW and my tire light goes on. I called for an appointment and was told they couldn't get me a loaner. Went in the next day and waited while hey checked my tire. Told the woman who was helping me that I had tire insurance. She told me I didn't. I repeatedly told her I did. This went in for half an hour. They finally found the paperwork in my car but why wasn't it in ny files.? Told me it would be 90 minutes for my car. After 2 1/2 hours I went to find the person who was helping me. She had left. Not the first time I've had crappy service there. My husband and I have been buying cars from Prestige for over 25 years. Service has gone downhill. More

Service Can't say enough about Alex Marsiglio who, as he's done with previous leases, was quite accommodating, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Jim Casella was quite informative and helpful with the financing. Dwayne Wong was diligent and took the time to explain the car's features and get me set up with my bluetooth. More
