Alex was so easy to work with, answered all of my questions, and was never pushy. There was a small hiccup when I picked up the car that was no fault of Alex or Mariano Rivera Honda, and Alex was right there, checking in and keeping me updated the entire time. I really appreciated his communication and follow-through. I would definitely recommend Alex to anyone looking for a new car. Great experience from start to finish! More

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Honda Passport from Mariano Rivera Honda, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Alex Mendoza in Sales made the proce Passport from Mariano Rivera Honda, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Alex Mendoza in Sales made the process seamless, transparent, and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with the vehicle without any pressure. When it came time to handle the paperwork, Nick Malena in Finance was fantastic to work with. He explained all the details clearly and made the financial end of the purchase quick, efficient, and straightforward. The entire team at Mariano Rivera Honda delivers top-tier customer service. If you're looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Alex and Nick! Love my new Passport! More
