The service dept was fine, although I wish they told me before I came how long the wait would be for a software update, since I had to wait for almost 3 hrs. As for the sales dept, they should have perform before I came how long the wait would be for a software update, since I had to wait for almost 3 hrs. As for the sales dept, they should have performed a complete system reset and removed the previous owner from the HondaLink account associated with this vehicle (I purchased a 2026 CPO Passport). So the dealership gets 3 stars, and that’s being very generous. The salesman, Jose, was very friendly but he or the sales manager should have caught the HondaLink issue before vehicle delivery. More
