Piazza Honda of Reading has the best service advisors in Amelia Kachel and Alex Moranes! They take the time to explain service recommendations for my car very thoroughly and don't pressure me to get them do Amelia Kachel and Alex Moranes! I came intending to just drop my car and have to come back, but the service department graciously completed the work for me while I waited. They said it’d be about 2 hrs. and it was almost on the nose! back, but the service department graciously completed the work for me while I waited. I received a text telling me that additional work was needed and was able to okay that without even getting up out of my chair! Well done, Piazza Honda of Reading! Well done.
