Haven't had any problems till this visit. It appears the technician opened the driver side door with something in his hand as there is a scratch in the paint all the way down to the metal. While the scratch is small it is right there in my face every time I open the door and it is not acceptable. Please let me know how we can rectify this? What's more upsetting is they had to know they did it and didn't say a word about it. More
