I have been going to the same service center at this dealership after purchasing a Crosstrek since 2018 and the service received met expectations. However, having to wait on a service member to show dealership after purchasing a Crosstrek since 2018 and the service received met expectations. However, having to wait on a service member to show up after 5 to 10 minutes to begin what is described as an "express service" oil change (which also exceeded an hour), I can only warrant an average rating at best.
