I have been going to the same service center at this dealership after purchasing a Crosstrek since 2018 and the service received met expectations. However, having to wait on a service member to show dealership after purchasing a Crosstrek since 2018 and the service received met expectations. However, having to wait on a service member to show up after 5 to 10 minutes to begin what is described as an "express service" oil change (which also exceeded an hour), I can only warrant an average rating at best. From the time I placed my call until my service was finished I was treated with dignity and respect. Alex was wonderful and explained the process to me step by step and answered all of my questions.
