Alex was a pleasure to work with so much so that we returned to buy a second car from him specifically. It was nice having someone be straightforward with our options to purchase within our budget. He also did a great job adjusting to our situation: buying a car for a teen. It was nice knowing we weren’t getting a canned speech as he framed things that would interest parents to know (safety)and a teen to find appealing (the fun stuff).
