Had a part recall they ordered the part when it came in they called me I took it in and they fixed it in one day. Platinum Ford in Terrell Tx wanted me to drop it off and leave for couple of weeks! Service is terrible, they fixed brake lines and the cause was the exhaust pipe broke and rubbed a hole in the brake line. Instead of fixing the exhaust or even telling us about it, the snaked the brake line was the exhaust pipe broke and rubbed a hole in the brake line. Instead of fixing the exhaust or even telling us about it, the snaked the brake line under the exhaust pipe and said all was fixed. I carried it to another shop for a different problem and they told me all that happened and fixed the exhaust. Communication is aweful, repair is poor, same old Canton Ford. This has been the expectation for decades, nothing changed. More
