I live in Mabank and have been buying vehicles for them for many years. I needed my 2020 F150 worked on and had to make an appointment three weeks later and then when I got it there they didn’t have a lone for many years. I went by 5 days later and it hadn’t moved so I took it and went to canton ford. Alex checked it out that day. I will never use Tri county again I’ll deal with canton for now own. Thanks Alex. More

I had a pickup worked on for a total of 3 months at your dealership. The first month it was there I was called to pick it up. It was not repaired and I still had to charge the batteries to get it started. dealership. The first month it was there I was called to pick it up. It was not repaired and I still had to charge the batteries to get it started. They also worked on the radio and concluded it could not be fixed. At that time the a/c control switches was broke. When I left it the second time it was there for 2 months. I asked them to explain why they had not repaired the a/c control they didn’t have an answer. When I get it home one of the batteries was not secured and was bouncing around. I brought it back to have that fixed and asked about the a/c controls. I was told they had not worked on anything involving the dash and that they could fix it for $1200. By this time I was disgusted with dealing with your service department and decided to leave and and just deal with the damage that had been done. I will not be returning to Canton Ford and would not recommend anyone to your establishment More

They were friendly, professional, and kept me in the loop on the status of our truck. We had some parts that were hard to locate and they were able to find them and complete our repairs as fast as humanly po on the status of our truck. We could not be happier with the service received and have decided that all future service and repair work will be done there. More

Took an hour and a half to get an oil change and tire rotation that I had an appt for. Was told that they couldnt patch my tire (so I had another mechanic do it.)
