My experience with the salesperson has been quite

Although this was fixed, the engine light has continued to come back on for various exhaust system issues. Unfortunately, the extended warranty has expired, so I am paying out of pocket for these repairs.
Additionally, I had to replace the tires, brakes, and rotors, as the ones on the car at the time of purchase were in poor condition. The tires were four years old and dry-rotted, and the brakes were practically non-existent. Now, the car is in shutdown mode because the injector that sprays DEF fluid into the exhaust burnt out, and the secondary water pump for the cooling system failed, with the wiring showing low voltage.
Since January, I have spent $5,000 on this car, and it has been in the shop more often than it has been driven. Despite the finance person initially stating they would help me fix the issues related to the engine light, no one is willing to assist because it is a used vehicle. I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent support experience from Jesse. I was initially placed on hold for 10 minutes and, after reconnecting, was on hold again for roughly another 10 minutes. During this time, I received the same explanation that nothing could be done due to my used car status and the apparent uncertainty regarding what is covered by the VW diesel exhaust warranty—and the extended powertrain warranty—as I had already mentioned that the diesel exhaust warranty expired at 3,000 miles and now understand regardless if crap tired and bad brakes somehow passed inspection, those are considered consumables and cannot be reimbursed.
Regrettably, the entire process left me feeling that my concerns were not truly understood or valued, and it resulted in a significant waste of my time. Given this experience, I have decided that I will not be doing business with your organization in the future.
My car service and deluxe wash was taken care of in a
timely manner. My service advisor Alex was very friendly, professional, and had great communication. He made everything easy for me to understand. I
