Contacted this dealer about the new Rav4 Prime. What a disappointment it was. I was unable to schedule a test drive and instead of offering other options they were focused on agreeing on a price for a car disappointment it was. I was unable to schedule a test drive and instead of offering other options they were focused on agreeing on a price for a car they didn't even offer for me to go an see. They just focused on the money so they expected me to.sign an order and go through the ordering and price and didn't even asked me to go and see a comparable or anything? Really? Based on the reviews I can see they want to get all the fees to you so although I really wanted to go there as it is closest for me I am already checking with other dealers in the area. Hope they check their customer service skills. Sometimes you can close a deal by just offering options. None were offered for me. I gave Alex 2 stars because at least he responded to my emails and did not bombarded me with non sense or wanted my time when I told him I was not buying a car without the opportunity to see it and test drive it. At least a comparable. More
