I was lucky enough to be paired with Alex Shaparin and he has been amazingly supportive and simply stellar in the engagement. Put me at easy for the get-go, actually advised on how to build the car and what works (most importantly, what doesn't work, which was certainly appreciated). Was great in setting up the deal, proactively asked about my company and found a corporate discount and kept me up to date on the progress and delivery. Honest, very down-to-earth, cheerful and extremely diligent (great help with trade-in, post delivery queries, IT support). I am very satisfied with the customer service and appreciate Alex and all his support. Wish him the best and if I had to buy another MB, Alex Shaparin would be my first and only stop. More

Our family's relationship with Mercedes Benz of Princeton began almost 25 years ago when my father leased his first E-class from Doug Greces. He purchased and/or leased a further 5 vehicles from the dealersh began almost 25 years ago when my father leased his first E-class from Doug Greces. He purchased and/or leased a further 5 vehicles from the dealership over this period. After stopping in recently to look at options toward the end of his GLE 350 lease, we were advised by a sales executive whom my parents have previously leased from but felt was incapable and at times unpleasant, that due to current chip shortages across the industry prices had skyrocketed. While there is some truth to this, much of our conversation with him lacked consistency in the lease details and numbers that he was sharing. At this point in our loyalty, haggling should not be a part of a consumer's buying experience. The re-leasing experience should be seamless, painless, and transparent. This was not the case. Furthermore, and perhaps the final straw, was the sales executive telling us that almost 25 years of loyalty was "worth nothing". No member of our family will ever again patronize Mercedes-Benz of Princeton. I do hope this serves as a cautionary tale for the value of loyalty, for perhaps it is the most valuable currency of all. More
