Friendly Crew! I've mostly dealt with the backend for service on our 2011 Subaru Outback. The backend of the house has always been pleasant and personable. Recently, I met the front end of the house to purchase my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek and I feel very much the same. I worked with Alex and Jamie and both explained the various packages without ever making me feel pressured or cornered into anything. Both were very friendly and professional. The purchase of my car was quick and not one bit confusing. No nickel and diming. The prices are usually better than they are up at Suburban as well. Alex also toured me through the car before I drove it home to be sure I knew all the new features. A lot has changed since our last Subaru, so I really appreciated it.
