I was nervous telling any dealership this was my first experience purchasing a car because I didn’t want to be taken advantage of but I can honestly say, Alex Thayer made me feel comfortable, he took his time and explained everything step by step. He maintains professionalism and posses good knowledge about the car. Highly recommend this place. What I loved about working with Alex is he's down to earth and knows he won't make a sale if the person can't afford it so he doesn't waste anyone's time by talking numbers that aren't doable. He is realistic and isn't pushy and strives to help both parties find a mutual agreement that works and everyone is satisfied. I appreciate all he did at and has done to help meet my goals and get the cars I've desired.
