However I do have one complaint. The person receiving my car needs some sensitivity training. Not friendly nor professional. This is how it ended with him. "Leave the keys and step out of the car" When I stepped out of the car I thought I was going to be hand cuffed. In my opinion, I was not treated with respect. I did not say anything to him because he was going to drive my car to park it. Also, I did not drive away because I needed my car service that day. But in the future if I'm treated that way I'm just going to go to another dealer, like Honda City which is 5mins from me. Thank you. More

The first time that I can recall, I was NOT talked into having other service done on my car. I came in for a oil change. Alex , explained the other problems educating me on each one.
