Great service but inconsiderate neighbor My service experience is generally pleasant, but the dealership has ignored an ongoing noise complaint from me regarding their security system. Th My service experience is generally pleasant, but the dealership has ignored an ongoing noise complaint from me regarding their security system. The volume of the recorded message from your security system is too loud and disturbs my family's sleep every night. I live fairly close to the dealership and can hear the recording inside my house when the windows are closed. The recording plays multiple times per night, every night after closing until opening the next morning. I notified the general manager twice and he promised to address the issue, but the volume has not changed. I don't think it is too much to ask to turn the volume down to a level that does not disturb nearby residents. While I understand this is a measure to deter theft, it appears to be ineffective given the constant late night activity on your property. May I suggest you consider physical security (eg., a night watchman) to patrol the property along with the recording device but without the annoying announcement. More

Simple oil change. I went in for a routine oil change and got treated like I was royalty got a free car wash and was able to enjoy a beautiful waiting room. First Service at Atlantic Honda Recently serviced my wives HONDA Odyssey at Atlantic Honda. Was able to get appointment when I needed it. Arrived on time for 5000 mile service which Recently serviced my wives HONDA Odyssey at Atlantic Honda. Was able to get appointment when I needed it. Arrived on time for 5000 mile service which included complimentary LOF. They informed me the car needed a software update and should take an additional hour. No problem! The car was ready in about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Cleaned, washed and vacuumed! Everyone as helpful and nice. They ran an inspection and found I needed air in one of the tires. Since this is our first HONDA I asked the Service Manger to explain all service requirements over the next 3 years. (Term of lease.) He gladly went over the suggested services and answered all my questions. He gave me the paperwork to go to the cashier. The price was right...free. Cashier was nice and had a valet get my car. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and smiling. We love the car and we loved our first Service experience. More
