Fast speedy service I dealt with Alex Tinnirello again when I brought my car in for service/repairs and he is such a gentleman very curtious friendly very knowledgeable I dealt with Alex Tinnirello again when I brought my car in for service/repairs and he is such a gentleman very curtious friendly very knowledgeable for the service department.He kept me in touch at all times for when and how long it was going to take for my service. He even went a step further to help me out with when my next oil change is due and my inspection. He also recommended if I needed new wiper blades but said they were good. Alex is definitely a great asset for Honda and I always recommend Honda in Bayshore for any service. More

I would give zero stars if I could! Good morning, this was probably the worst experience I've ever had when getting my vehicle serviced. I came in to get an oil change and inspection, an Good morning, this was probably the worst experience I've ever had when getting my vehicle serviced. I came in to get an oil change and inspection, an hour and a half later the customer service representative informed me that my car wouldn't pass inspection without new rear tires. No problem, I'll get the new tires. A half hour later she comes back and tells me that there's a nickel sized hole in the transparent reverse part of my rear tail light and the part has to be ordered. My vehicle was failed and my inspection sticker removed. No one came to talk to me to try and work something out. Not to mention that the last time I got my oil changed there, the technician forgot to put my oil cap back on and I drove around for a month unaware of it. I am very disappointed in the service that I received yesterday. More
