He could have easily sold us the “top-of-the-line,” Toyota Sienna, but he did not. He thought the xle premium would fit all our needs and after test driving it, it seems to do just that. Working with Alex in the financing department was a breeze, he made the process simple and easy. Overall we had a pleasurable experience with My Auto Imports, Toyota. Excellent experience AGAIN! Had done a TON of research on the 2018 Camry, and actually had gone in just to drive one to get the feel of the car, as I had really thought that I wa Had done a TON of research on the 2018 Camry, and actually had gone in just to drive one to get the feel of the car, as I had really thought that I was going to wait for a pre-owned 2018 Camry to hit the lot...and along came Todd Klein. He listened intently and immediately suggested that I absolutely should drive one! We test drove and learned even more about the car! Todd had mentioned that the thought of going new had some very significant positives, especially related to interest rates and additional value of drive train extended service offered by My Import Auto, and he quickly got our car appraised. We discussed the overall financials and quickly settled on what I felt was an excellent deal. Todd was kind, patient and did not apply any pressure. The entire experience was great!! This is our second vehicle that we have gotten at My Import. We will, without question, be back, and highly recommend both My Import and Todd Klein! More
