I'm from a small town called Coopersville and graduated from Coopersville High in 2008. I spent 7 years in the food industry, where i excelled quickly. I then decided it was time to make a change and came to the car industry @ My Auto Import Center. I currently have 3 children (all girls), and an amazing, supportive wife named Jade. We enjoy going out camping anytime of the year. Growing up I spent a lot of time roller skating and now love sharing my experience with my children. Lastly I love having fun and making every car buying experience enjoyable!

I strongly recommend staying away from this dealership if you do not want your time wasted. I contacted them about a SUV they had listed on their website. Spoke to a salesman he assured me the vehicle was if you do not want your time wasted. I contacted them about a SUV they had listed on their website. Spoke to a salesman he assured me the vehicle was available i then asked for a price break down which they were forcing me to purchase “Audi care” for 3000 which I did not want, and a ceramic coating for 2000 also did not need I still Agreed to purchase both if that’s what it took to get the vehicle. Through out the day I was waiting for a purchase agreement so I can give it to my bank, all day the Salemen was giving me the run around about another employee possibly purchasing the car. He assured me he’d have an answer before the end of the day, I get a call before closing saying he’d know something for me tomrorow afternoon. We’ll afternoon comes around and still haven’t heard back. I decided to check their website to see if it was marked sold but no… instead I discovered that they have raised the price 10k over msrp with out even telling me. Below I’ve included some photos the day of as you see purchase price 140,610 and the following day they’ve raise the price to 150,610 the least they could had done was give me a call and let me know they were going to raise the price 10,000 over the actually msrp of the car, I might have still purchased it. But instead I’ll go with another Audi dealer this is very unprofessional coming from a new car dealership. More

Excellent experience with one exception -- sales pushed add-ons too hard and were misleading about their prices compared to other Toyota dealerships. My lease was up for my RAV 4. I wanted to keep it and buy it out but could not afford those payments. Regan and Alex worked it out for me to lease a new RAV 4- I could afford that!
