Our recent car-buying experience with Alex was absolutely phenomenal. When we arrived, the car was already running and ready for us to test drive. We explored another vehicle we were considering, but ultimately chose the original one Alex had prepared. He was incredibly thorough and put together four different financing and term options to make sure we found the best fit. The paperwork process was efficient and seamless, we were in and out by 11:00 AM. Alex truly went above and beyond. He made sure the car was cleaned, fully gassed, and personally delivered it to our home on Monday. He even drove our trade-in back for us so we had enough time to move our belongings out, such a thoughtful touch. Alex was personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with.
