I left and came back the next day .Since I wasn't financing and paying cash they could not give me a break on all those extra's I didn't want.......Your Financial Service Leader EVAN LEMONS walked in the room like he was doing us a favor..and making faces when I didn't know what he was talking about ....He was Arrogant (in fact I told him so).and very unprofessional..Having an accident and needing a car immediately I would have left the first day....I will never go back and will get my car serviced at one of your other dealers in Pompano Beach. I’m applaud at the level of misrepresentation and manipulation displayed at this dealership. The mannerisms of some employees are unacceptable and it spoils it for the caring employees.
