Alexander and Marcus was very professional and informative....I found the car I wanted on line and was waiting from 4-7:30 to finalizing the SALE.. with no outcome... I left and came back the next day .Since I wasn't financing and paying cash they could not give me a break on all those extra's I didn't want.......Your Financial Service Leader EVAN LEMONS walked in the room like he was doing us a favor..and making faces when I didn't know what he was talking about ....He was Arrogant (in fact I told him so).and very unprofessional..Having an accident and needing a car immediately I would have left the first day....I will never go back and will get my car serviced at one of your other dealers in Pompano Beach.
