I didn't know at the time of my visit that Al Hendrickson Toyota was bought out by company named Chase Auto, It was by far the worse service in all the years I have been doing business with that dealership.T Toyota was bought out by company named Chase Auto, It was by far the worse service in all the years I have been doing business with that dealership.The wait was horrendous and Mr Silva could have cared less for my business. I will never do business there again, I should have walked out after a couple of hours, however I didn't and the transaction went on far longer than it should have.
