Good overall experience. Edsen, Bryan Goday, and Eric were excellent. We bought two lower mileage vehicles and one was not available due some cosmetic damage being fixed a Edsen, Bryan Goday, and Eric were excellent. When we left after Midnight I was surprised my Chevy Trailblazer only had a half of tank of gas, I had been focused on the negotiations and the car’s important details. Was very impressed with Bryan Goday who went out of his way to help along with most of the others we interacted with! More

What started off as the most positive and easiest sales experience ended as one of the worst I've had from different dealerships and car purchases. Alex, the sales person, and myself worked out the nu experience ended as one of the worst I've had from different dealerships and car purchases. Alex, the sales person, and myself worked out the numbers via chat. Erik, the sales manager finalized the numbers that included the bed cover and side steps. When I came to purchase the car, I did not see nor meet Erik which was alittle odd. When the finance person Christopher was introduced to us, I asked him if he would be able to include no payment for 90 days. He advised me that he would try once he gets the bank approval, otherwise it would be 45 days. I agreed to that. Once I was called into Christopher's office to sign the finance documents, I saw that my monthly payment went up by $3 per month. I asked Christopher why there is a difference and he told me that I wasn't approved for no payment for 90 days but was approved for 45 days instead of 30 days. I told him that he advised me everyone gets 45 days. He then told me no, everyone gets 30 days but he was able to extend it to 45 days. I then told him that's not what he told me upfront. I asked him to remove the extra $3 per month and I will take the 30 days of no payment. He got upset that he would need to change the paperwork. Once he changed the paperwork, I started signing the documents again. Towards about the middle of the signing process, I noticed that the interest rate was changed from 2.99% to 3.09%. Christopher advised me that his manager was able to approve me for 90 days of no payment and that the interest for the 90 days is being split into 72 months. I then told him that he didn't explain that to me upfront. I asked him to change the rate to the promised rate of 2.99% and no payment for 30 days. He became angry again and told me that he would get someone else to explain it to me as I wasn't understanding him. That made me upset as I was understanding everything 100% but caught him cheating twice now. He found someone to come into the office, change the rate back to 2.99% and was able to leave the no payment for 90 days. I was then happy and satisfied. I was happy that I caught Christopher twice trying to make some extra money for himself. He should be more honest and transparent with his customers. Once I arrived home, I started not to like the side steps. I texted Alex and he advised me that when I come for window tint which was scheduled for today, he would take me to look at other Tundra trucks and would be able to exchange the steps. I found steps that I liked. Alex said no problem. I was sitting waiting for my truck to be done. Erik comes to me and advices me that he wouldn't be able to exchange the side steps as the one on my truck were $600 and the ones I liked were $1,200. I told him that's not true. I told him the steps that I wanted were not $1,200 but cost not more than $600. I wanted to show him the true price on my phone but he wouldn't look. He told me it's a Toyota part that can only be purchased from Toyota. I told him it's not a Toyota part. Side steps aren't made my Toyota but are made by a different company that makes many side steps for different car manufacturers. He became extremely rude and started yelling at me that other customers and employees started looking at us. I also had our little daughter with me who was getting scared. I then told Erik to refund me the $600, take the side steps back, and I would get them somewhere else for much less. He told me that once the deal is finalized, I would get a check and they would take my side steps back. I will never return to this dealership to buy another car. I have a very big family and we buy cars every few years. We also have 2 teen daughters who will be looking to buy new cars this summer. It certainly won't be at this dealership. More
