I had been looking for a car for about a month. I was tired and frustrated at the way they treated me at the other dealerships. Then I decided to go to Ocean Infinity not knowing what to expect at this dealership. What a blessing. I have to say I had an excellent experience at this dealership. I actually felt comfortable there, and felt like I was finally dealing with honest people. The service was very professional and the staff was very friendly. From the lady in the front desk, to Alex, Manny and Jonathan, they were all awesome. They treated me with the utmost respect and made sure I got the car that I wanted. Manny was very helpful and made sure the car was ready for me, and Alex was wonderful and made sure the sale and financing went smooth. And Jonathan was helpful and helped me with the price. They were all pleasant to work with. I can truly say the experiences with the other dealerships that I went to, were totally the opposite. Everyone is nice and friendly. Personally I want to thank Alex from the finance department and Enrique from the insurance department. Starting with Alex a true blessing to have encountered him again he was the one that first sold me my lease and this time second around was a blessing , this man truly cares and looks out for his customers and try’s his best to make his guest comfortable and insured to get what the guest is looking for , if he did it with me I know he does it with everyone else or tries his best .
