I had been looking for a car for about a month. I was tired and frustrated at the way they treated me at the other dealerships. I didn’t feel like they were truly trying to help and didn’t sense a I was tired and frustrated at the way they treated me at the other dealerships. I didn’t feel like they were truly trying to help and didn’t sense any honesty in them. The experience became overwhelming. Then I decided to go to Ocean Infinity not knowing what to expect at this dealership. What a blessing. I have to say I had an excellent experience at this dealership. I actually felt comfortable there, and felt like I was finally dealing with honest people. The service was very professional and the staff was very friendly. From the lady in the front desk, to Alex, Manny and Jonathan, they were all awesome. They treated me with the utmost respect and made sure I got the car that I wanted. Manny was very helpful and made sure the car was ready for me, and Alex was wonderful and made sure the sale and financing went smooth. And Jonathan was helpful and helped me with the price. They were all pleasant to work with. I can truly say the experiences with the other dealerships that I went to, were totally the opposite. Thanks to all of you, for making this a wonderful experience for me and helping me get the car that I wanted. I absolutely LOVE my QX60 Infinity, and will definitely promote it for you. And I will be happy to refer anyone that’s ready to buy a car!! Thanks again to all of you!!! More
