We bought a new pickup truck from them just under a year ago. We do very little mileage with it, so it was just due for a first service. We left the truck to them, but by Thursday (12/29) mid-morning, we had not heard back at all from them about our vehicle, so we decided to go pick it up. NOTHING had been done on it whatsoever. I wish there was an option for zero star! More
