Painless - Made my daughters dreams come true! I contacted D&M on Friday, Alex contacted me back very quickly, took care of everything. I was able to enjoy my kids track meet the next day while Ale I contacted D&M on Friday, Alex contacted me back very quickly, took care of everything. I was able to enjoy my kids track meet the next day while Alex went to work. He helped me understand the leasing process (as it's my first lease) and really made it stress free. On Monday he delivered the vehicle to our home, and it was better than expected. We did everything electronically and I was able to get back to dinner with the family. They put in the work for you I was absolutely not an ideal customer. I'm picky, calculated, with crap credit from student loans. I shopped around like mad but Alex was the first person I called regarding my new car, and he ended up being the last. He not only sold me a car, but provided the advice I needed to make the best decision possible.
