I actually didnt call a second dealer after that as i couldnt imagine anyone giving me better customer service or information about Minis. They also happen to have the most certified pre-owned Minis in the area whereas other dealers charge additional fees if you want the car "certified". I didnt feel like i was talking to someone in sales ever, and there was just no pressure. When i came in the first time I met with Alex (Alexandra), who pulled up the cars i was interested in, giving me all of the specs on each car, and more, before i test drove them. I was in 3 times looking at different models with Alex before settling on the one that fit all my and my child's needs, and Alex and Abe were gracious and patient throughout the whole process. I can say I'll miss seeing them after such an awesome experience, and anyone would be lucky to work with them when buying a Mini. They went above and beyond every step of the way. More
