He handled it in a most timely fashion, didn’t charge me for their time, and gave Dilly what was a much needed bubble bath! While I was waiting I spoke with my Motoring Advisor - Alexandra Pereira - who, as always, was happy and eager to talk about MINIs in general, as well as answer a few questions I had. She is, and always has been, a most wonderful and knowledgeable brand ambassador.
