Dmytro was very helpful working with us to figure out the pricing over the phone before we made the drive to St. Cloud from Daytona, Fady was so personable and helpful with getting us squared away with the paperwork when we got to the dealership, and Mike in the financing department was wonderful - honest and knowledgeable. The manager was also very accommodating to our needs. It was really the most seamless vehicle purchasing process I’ve ever had, and I’m happy I got a great car at the right price. Would 100% recommend this team to help with car buying needs. I’d definitely go back in the future. More

Can't get a freaking straight answer from anyone. I was adamant about not going over $15000 on my loan. Finance guy thought nothing of adding $2,347 to my $15,000 loan. Emailed all my paperwork, so I was adamant about not going over $15000 on my loan. Finance guy thought nothing of adding $2,347 to my $15,000 loan. Emailed all my paperwork, so I didn't know about it till I got home. I misread the warranty information at $347 and told him to put it on my credit card. He knew that wouldn't pass so he didn't correct me about the price and just added it to my loan. Now I have to figure out how to cancel the warranty and get my loan back down to 15,000. I'm old, on a fixed income, they listen to nothing that I told them about my finances. Next time I will test drive a car at the dealership and then buy it from Carvana where you don't have to go through this crap. I do love my Chevy Trailblazer. Just will never buy from a dealership again. More
