The service was prompt and responsive, though the end result was less than desirable. Even though I had an appointment to come in and negotiate the purchase, the car was not delivered in “ready to drive result was less than desirable. Even though I had an appointment to come in and negotiate the purchase, the car was not delivered in “ready to drive” condition. I had to promptly bring it back in for service. I also received no “walk through” on how to perform the basic operations of the car. The fuel economy and range of the car were overstated. More
