As a female buying a car is a little bit scary not knowing much about cars. Car sales men can talk a good game when they know you have no idea. Floyd did none of the talking instead he let me be the lead. I had seen a car online so I stopped to look at it he right away pulled it up and got my car appraised within the first 20 minutes. No pressure, no trying to convince me on extras. Alfonso was who did all the paperwork he was so nice and got me a great deal on a warranty. Overall easy breezy car buying. Love them! More
