Great service! We searched many dealerships before purchasing our EV9. Kia Huntington Beach was the winner for the deal. Be aware from this dealership One of the worst experiences I ever have in my life , before I bought 3 car from another dealership and this not happened with me I am running behind this delership t experiences I ever have in my life , before I bought 3 car from another dealership and this not happened with me I am running behind this delership to finish my registration of my car that i bought at January 8th 2024 and no action taken, I check the DMW website and shows that the application returned back to them to addition actions at January 26th and up-to-date no action taken , I went to the showroom in Huntington Beach asking them about my registration meet someone and he leave me and go inside chatting , laughing with another employee and ignoring me , I decided to call to make a complain about this to the general manager and every time he is in a meeting as if this meeting no end at all ,I called them the next day and they transfer me to assistant manager to hear another story that they work on the registration before even I brought my car which is more then 120 days imagine 120 days , 4 months and they can’t solve the problem any way he will update me after 2 hours which is not happening he didn't even try to call me at all , they don't need me to contact Customer service zero stars Actions to solve any problem which is there scope of work Zero stars Now I don't trust any words from them More
