First off, I want to say that client advisor John Daley is terrific. I had a few concerns about buying out my lease and he was patient and really helped out. He checked in every so often and assured me things would go smoothly, which they did. So big xxxxxxto him, you are in excellent hands if he is your sales guy. I'm a less enthusiastic about the service department, so be careful if your lease turns out to be a problematic vehicle. I've driven nothing but BMWs for 25 years and I love them, so unhappy that this one has had problems. But that being said, they are generally great cars and John is your guy if you are shopping for one. More
