I was very satisfied with the sales consultant Giovanny, which is very polite and professional; but, I was and I am still very dissatisfied with your sales Manager, who declined my request to replace my CR- which is very polite and professional; but, I was and I am still very dissatisfied with your sales Manager, who declined my request to replace my CR-V for a new one, because based on the findings made by your sales consultant and your repair service manager, my CR-V was delivered to me having multiple factory failures issues, and for such a reason the CR-V I have should be considered as a "LEMON" vehicle. So your manager was and still concerned about saving his job, instead of protecting the prestige of Braman Honda, and the personal interest of a loyal client like me. Now, I have to keep a "LEMON" CR-v for 36 months thanks to your mediocre sales manager. Note: Your Sales Consultant Giovanni, and your Service Manager, both agree replacing the delivered CR-V by a new one, but your Sales Manager declined such petition, and as consequence, Braman Honda is loosing 2 loyal customers, because my wife, having a Pilot, and myself having a CR-V, will never have another Honda vehicle from Braman. More

Alfonzo knew Honda Financial was going to take the payment out of my checkbook,told me don’t worry they will return Bacallao & Alfonzo No reply!! Alfonzo knew Honda Financial was going to take the payment out of my checkbook,told me don’t worry they will return it. Took Greenacres Honda 11 days to contact them. Honda Financial said sorry Greenacres owes you the $398.57 .Alfonzo also told me to put a stop payment on it but I told him I also lease a Honda and couldn’t do that.
