I would suggest when selling a used car on a rainy day/night to offer your customers a one time complimentary complete inside & outside detail service; to be used at their convenience. Sabrina Boisson made it uncomfortable & was unprofessional. Just because you're behind the glass of a make shift office, doesn't mean customers can't hear you! If you don't want a customer to know you are talking about them, you probably shouldn't continue to look back at them during your conversation or continue the conversation with other sales reps (not involved) once the situation has been resolved. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family; however I would have to say to avoid Ms. Boisson!!! More
