This is my eight Volvo. The dealership I purchased the others closed a few years ago. I went to Danvers Volvo for my last Volvo. From the moment I picked up the car I had so many issues and the service is department was horrible. Due to the poor treatment and lack of of appreciation of my being a loyal Volvo owner for 25+ years I had decided as soon as I could I would return my lease and purchased a different make of car. About a month before I was to turn my car in I had a small issue. I had no intention of giving Danvers Volvo any more business so I called Jaffarian Volvo . The Best Decision I made. I was seen that day. While waiting I took a walk around the show floor. I meet Jamie and told him that I had no intention of getting a new Volvo and the reason. He wasn’t pushy but we looked at the new cars. The service was amazing. A bout a week later I decided that I should revisit Jaffarain and called Jaime to make an appt. Jamie asked what I wanted and told me he would send me info on what was on the lot. With in a half hour I had all the info I needed. A few days later I got my new Volvo. Today I returned to Jaffarian Volvo for my 10,000 mile service. I called on Monday and was able to get an appt in two days. I cannot say enough good things about the service member Jonathan . He was so easy to deal with and he kept me updated on my service. I am thrilled I am still a Volvo owner and looking forward to a long relationship with Jaffarian Volvo. I recently picked up my new Fleet vehicle, a Volvo XC90 T8, and was blown away by the service. This is the first Fleet vehicle I have picked up from a dealership, where the dealer has gone over all the fea T8, and was blown away by the service. Ben was tremendous and gave us an hour of his time setting up the computer and the dash systems. He truly went above and beyond. Additionally, prior to even picking up the car, Alfonso was very responsive and helpful as I was navigating our corporate leasing company waiting on plates for the new car. Absolutely The Best Auto Dealership Experience - Ever! I am in my 70's, a certified car guy who has probably purchased 40+ new, mostly high end cars. My delight with Jaffarian Volvo this week can not be overstated! I had been in the market to upgrade my wife's 2019 Volvo XC60 with 10K miles. I had visited several Boston area dealers trying to find a rare new XC60 B6 Ultimate that must have a specific and rare configuration. I scoured dealer websites and there were few options. I was concerned that I might have to amend my 'recipe'. I saw a Jaffarian ad on Facebook and I saw a car that might be a fit. But, Jaffarian was in Haverhill, which I had never even been to and I live south of Boston. But, I wanted the car, if at all possible. I called Jaffarian and got to speak with Alfonso Romano. Alfonso and I hit it off immediately. I was impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help. I was gushing that I had found exactly what I was looking for. I had given up any 'leverage' because it was obvious this is what I wanted. Alfonso referred me to a salesperson, Hunter Bahr. Hunter called me while I was still talking to Alfonso.. We set up the framework for a fair deal in about 45 seconds over the phone. They offered exactly what I wanted on our trade (when does that ever happen?) and a very fair price on the new car. Hunter was just terrific. He had encyclopedic knowledge of the car, the options and how to expedite the deal. My wife and I actually made the sojourn to Haverhill and we were thoroughly impressed all over again in person. We made the deal and Hunter could not have been straightforward and easier to work with! He wrote up the deal and then we met 'the business guy', usually my least favorite part of any transaction. But, not this time, not at Jaffarian! We met Mo Rochdi, another very friendly and thoroughly professional guy who wanted to be sure we knew everything about the deal and all the paperwork. Mo also could not have been better to deal with. He facilitated the plate transfer and we were able to pick up the new car on Monday, with a completed registration and inspection sticker applied. This all happened as seamlessly and as quickly as I have ever experienced at ANY dealer. At delivery, our delight was enhanced by meeting the estimable Beng Ong, Volvo Brand Specialist Yet another thoroughly professional and very friendly expert. Beng patiently and unhurriedly went over all the features of the '23 XC60 and especially the Google Assistant interface platform. We loved Beng and his knowledge and enthusiasm and people skills. Jaffarian Volvo is The Best Auto Dealer that I have ever worked with: A Team of All Stars at every position! More
