My cousin referred me to Darnell after I had a bad encounter with an "old school" salesman at a different dealership. I was so frustrated and ready to throw in the towel and just keep the car that I a encounter with an "old school" salesman at a different dealership. I was so frustrated and ready to throw in the towel and just keep the car that I already had. I hadnt called before arriving and Darnell was helping 2 other customers. He handled everything smoothly and knows how to distribute his time evenly. I never felt forgotten about or ignored. Darnell did everything in his power to get me out of there with the car I fell in love with! I also never felt pressured nor rushed. Thank you Darnell and everyone at Findlay Honda for all your help!
