Management does not care about their own customers. The salesman Alfredo Pena was dishonest with me about the prior history of a used vehicle. 2 weeks after I bought the car I started receiving malfunc The salesman Alfredo Pena was dishonest with me about the prior history of a used vehicle. 2 weeks after I bought the car I started receiving malfunction errors on the infotainment system. This led me to discover damage on my vehicle which was caused by an accident that Norm Reeves knowingly denied to tell me. I took the car in to see if they would fix the damages and Erick Ramos and management denied to fix them, stating you bought it “as is”. Obviously they only care about the bottom line and not their customers. Avoid this dealership. More

Mr. Pena, was great when he was introduced by his sales employee, wanted to go the extent for us. Unfortunately this was our first dealer to look, we said thank You to the associate which did not provide a employee, wanted to go the extent for us. Unfortunately this was our first dealer to look, we said thank You to the associate which did not provide a business card, contact information. He advised they ran out of business card but that we know where the dealer is if we wanted to return. I don’t see a photo or recognize a name of any sales person who I didcrived listed below. More
