Exceptional! I contacted Jodie on line initially and she was very responsive. I told her I would be in Huntsville the next day (traveling from Tennessee) and whic I contacted Jodie on line initially and she was very responsive. I told her I would be in Huntsville the next day (traveling from Tennessee) and which car I was interested in seeing. When I arrived the car was pulled up and waiting for me! Great. When my husband and I walked into the showroom we were greeted by a man and woman and told that they were from Subaru and could offer us an additional $1,000 on our trade-in. Nice. We met with Al Hampton who let us test drive the car we had requested to see. After the test drive we asked to see the next step up from the Premium Crosstrek. We saw the Limited Crosstrek and were even more impressed. The negotiation went smoothly. Al was helpful and the service department was able to install a hitch for us the same day. Very nice experience. Al was great and followed up with a phone call a few days later. Thank you. More

Great Experience I have purchased 7 new cars over past 25 years and this was by far my best experience. Al Hampton was very helpful and took good care of us. After we found an issue during a personal inspection of the car, Al (our salesman) helped us troubleshoot the problem and came in twice when he wasn't scheduled to work to show us the car and eventually complete the sale. The professionalism that Deonte, Al , Bill and Brian showed us through out the process stood in stark contrast to what we had experienced at another dealership. A good portion of the up front work was done by the internet and e mail, as we are two hours away from the dealership. When we arrived everything was ready for us and Deonte, Al and Bill made sure we were comfortable with the car and the process. There were no surprises and nothing high key about any of it.
