Not happy I bought my first car from auto web expo and had a good experience and loved my car. So when my bmw was giving out on me I thought it would be best fo I bought my first car from auto web expo and had a good experience and loved my car. So when my bmw was giving out on me I thought it would be best for me to get another car from them again. Here are the list of problems I encountered: 1) I left my bmw with them and bought another car. They told me that they would take my bmw and get a quote on how much they were going to give me since I owed 3000 on it and that they would definitely take car of the 3000 that I owed. I trusted them. 2) I bought my car without even driving it. The sales guy Ali told me that I can drive any car I want but the most important thing is to get approved first. So when I got approved I asked the finance lady if I can test drive the cars now. She told me the loan is VIN specific. So basically I was stuck with the first car Ali showed me. 3) The car I purchased was not detailed! It even had the plastic on the floor mats still. Ali told me to come back and they would detail it because their detail guys were gone. This was on a Saturday and they left at 2pm. I went back three different days to get the car detailed and Each day an excuse was given. “It’s going to rain, bring it back tomorrow” Even Ben the manager told me to bring it back another day because of who knows what. I eventually got tired of it and took it to Mercedes Benz to get it detailed. 3) Back to my BMW...they could only offer 2,000 on it. I told Ali that I will just take my car back then and sell it on my own. He said that was fine that he would clean the car and make sure it at least looks good. I go to pick up the BMW and it looked the same as I left it 2 weeks ago. Not cleaned at all. At this point I was upset and told Ali that not only was this car not cleaned but even the Benz wasn’t cleaned. It cost me $169 to get it detailed with Benz when it should have cost me $0 as a courtesy for buying the car from auto web expo. I remember when I bought my BMW 5 years ago Auto Web Expo could not even allow me to leave with my car not detailed to the point that they gave me a loaner car to make sure I had something to drive as they detailed my car. I went in expecting to receive the same service I got 5 years ago but that was not the case. All in all I’ve learned my lesson. More

They have a huge selection of gently used luxury vehicles. Due to their low prices and no haggle policy, these vehicles do not last long on their lot. I identified a Mercedes Benz in the morning and by the time I visited the dealership, it was already purchased. My salesperson was Ali Hussain. He worked late and smart to locate another Mercedes Benz with the same equipment as my first choice. It was an added plus when Ali was able to find it with lower mileage and at a better price. I appreciated Ali’s no pressure attitude and knowledge of the product he was selling. Ali even delivered the vehicle to my residence. If you’re looking for a luxury vehicle at an incredible price, I strongly advocate Auto Web Expo and ask for Ali. You won’t be dissapointed. More
