Do not waste your time here. False advertising online of a car they had on their lot. I called to confirm it was there and was told yes and made an appt. Showed up and the sales False advertising online of a car they had on their lot. I called to confirm it was there and was told yes and made an appt. Showed up and the sales guy said they sent it back to service just 2 days ago and said it would be back in 3 days. After pressing harder he confessed he really didn’t know if they’d get the car. You could tell he was lying the moment we asked about the car. Steer clear! More

Wish it was possible to give HGreg a no star. I tried to talk with them several times to purchase a vehicle. I had my financing ready and wanted to come finalize the deal. I called several times I tried to talk with them several times to purchase a vehicle. I had my financing ready and wanted to come finalize the deal. I called several times and was pushed off to another line to leave messages. A call was never returned. I finally was able to talk with a salesperson at the Orlando store. I was told I could pay $150.00 and have the car transferred and then make the deal. I was told he would call me back. No return call again I called the next day talked to the Doral dealership and was told they transferred the car to Orlando I was overjoyed. I then call the Orlando dealership ready to come finalize the paperwork. I was told bluntly first come first serve you are out of state and we sold the car! I was shocked to say the least. I inquired about being first, had my financing and was ready to purchase a plane ticket to come pick up my car! I tried for 2 weeks to purchase this car. I only needed to schedule a time to sign the paper and drive my new car off the lot I never received any return phone calls after numerous messages left. Not even a courtesy call to let me know the car I was in the process of purchasing was sold to someone else! More

Great sales people. Very poor service delivery. Bumper was missing all the hold on clips on the passenger side front and skurting has now been ground away by the tire. B Very poor service delivery. Bumper was missing all the hold on clips on the passenger side front and skurting has now been ground away by the tire. Bumper was almost detached during the drive home. 15 miles. Engine cover underneath is missing, and key is aftermarket so no key fob for central locking. Payed $1300 for cleaning and inspection. How were these items missed. I would not recommend this company. More
