I purchased a used car for my mom here as a Christmas gift, using USAA bank. However, the finance team forgot to send the dealer funding request, which caused a delay. Eventually, the finance guy and his manager called me to resolve the issue, but throughout the conversation, I could hear the FINANCE MANAGER yelling in the background, THREATENING ME that I better have HIS MONEY.
