I don't know who Mark Hill is. I did not meet him. Matt was great. Anticipated what I wanted. Had the car ready to go. Very easy to work with. Made us feel comfortable. Ali I did not meet him. Ali streamlined the process and gave us easy, friendly explanations of each form. I got Matt's card to have my son call him when he wants a car next year. I did get a link to get my Carfax. That did not work. I get an error and Carfax has not resolved it. More
