As the used vehicle was recent at the dealership, Ali informed us of an issue with the drivers window that slipped off the track and that it needed to be fixed. We had all thought it was fixed, and in the excitment of my nephew being happy, we all forgot to check and noticed a few hours after leaving that it was not. I called Ali,and he apologized and said to bring it back the next business day. I commend him for his professionalism to ensure he had happy, satisfied customers and the car was fixed without issue. I would recommend and work with Ali and Orland Toyota in the future. More
